Production Procedure Of Panel Manufacturing:

The panels are made as per the drawings, which are made by our designers. First, the profiles are made by using the sheet metal and then the sheets are cut in proper design with the assistance of sheering machine. When the process of sheet cutting is over, our team starts the process of sheet knotching with the help of power presses. After this, the sheet is folded and welded in accordance to the designs. To give the finishing touch to the products, all the welded places are grinded by taking the assistance of Grinder. The next process is the fitting of components.

Painting: First, the surface of the MS Sheets, is cleaned by using the chemical solutions. This helps us to remove grease and rust particles. Then, we rub the surface of Panel Board with the use of sand paper in order to make it smooth for the final painting. After this, we paint the panel with the use of powder paint. This whole process takes at least 8 to 10 hrs, depending on the work.

Assembling, Fitting and Wiring: In this process, all the electrical items such as, Control Gears, Electrical Grade Aluminum Bus Bars Or Copper Bus Bars, Switchgear, etc., are assembled & fitted in the Panel boards. When this process is over, the work related to wiring and connections, are done. After this, all the panel boards are checked in terms of different quality parameters like physical strength, high voltage test, durability, etc. Once the panels excel these quality testes, they are dispatched to clients.
